Our business embraces a simple philosophy: Do good. Be good.

The Clearly Compliant leadership team has strong nonprofit executive leadership experience and a passionate belief that nonprofit organizations are the living realization of generosity in action.  People all across the country are doing good and being good through nonprofit employment, volunteerism and donations.  We walk the walk with a business promise to donate 5% of Clearly Compliant proceeds to charitable giving and through continued volunteer service in our respective communities.

Sarah Else, MBA

With over 25 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, Sarah has served on more than 30 nonprofit boards locally, regionally and nationally. She earned her Education degree from the University of Minnesota and her MBA from the University of Iowa. Sarah served ten years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer. She currently serves on local and national boards.

Helen Arnold, CFRE

Over the past 45 years, Helen has served on 58 nonprofit boards. She is an internationally Certified Fund Raising Executive with a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Iowa State University. Helen is an Association of Fundraising Professionals Master Trainer and certified Webinar Facilitator. She contributed to You and Your Nonprofit – Practical Advice and Tips from the CharityChannel Professional Community and The Nonprofit Consulting Playbook; Winning Strategies from 25 Leaders in the Field.
